A Sphinx inspired character.
Started as a head sculpting practice but I kept adding stuff. Still in progress, pose and lower body are still rough, (I just planned a bust model at first) and also I may change colors. I’ve been wanting to do a series of myth inspired characters since a mermaid model I did and well… 
Also I’m feeling like sculpting again.

Great blend of musculature in the upper and lower bodies.
Colors and textures really go together well. A change in color pallet could be good but the overall tone seems to work.
