Zspheres and spheres.
The robe is Plain3d .
The shoulder pads are spheres ,with a grid alpha then inflated and shaped.
The stones are spheriods.

Gulp! Unbelievable Modeling! :+1: :+1:

very cool :+1: :+1:

Love the black and white! :+1: Keepemcomin’

I still have not grasped how you are able to model the zspheres so well after skinning. The amount of detail that you get is incredible. I have been working with the zspheres since July or August, and I still cannot get fine sculpting on the skinned model. Would you PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE share a bit of this with us? Maybe record a zscript of modeling an arm or leg (not a whole body) from start to finish, including skinning and “refinement”. I am guessing that most times your heads are separate from the body, as in this example. If not, then you are truly even more skilled than I thought. You do such wonderful work, but I can’t help feeling a bit jealous, since you seem to have stumbled onto some magic secret of Zsphere modeling that has completely escaped me and much of the community.

Anyway, hope you will consider my request
Cheers, and keep amazing us.

Wauu Stevie!!! Well done bro!!! :+1:

Hi Brian ,
The detail is mainly painted shadows and lighting ,which I think is largely overlooked .This is how I get the definition on the model .
I’m doing a step by step ,on the incubation image as soon as I finish the
renderosity mag tutorial bud .Won’t be long.
:+1:
Thanks for all the comments.

Three cheers mate!!

I have been waiting for an in depth tut from you man (and if there is one already and I havent found it
shoot me!)

I would like to know how you modeled the robe in this one.
Also, are you going to post the Rosity tut here for those unfortunate souls who havent the ability to purchase the mag.

Thanks Stevie_rae!
