For anyone having an issue with a V1 to v3 keys.

I have the Enterprise and the UI is almost halved when I use the recall or store Vx keys.
I dont know if there are other spacemouse versions with View keys which may affect those too but, i cannot test them. !

I’ve determined that having Windows display settings (scale) above 100% makes the keys malfunction. This only applies to the main screen (Screen 1) - My scale (150%)

I’ve done a few tests with and without custom UI’s and different screen at different scales.

The result is, make sure screen 1 scale is at 100% and the View save and recall buttons will work without issue regardless of other screen scales.

PS, I have also tested other 3D software without issue , It just appears to be ZB. 3DConnexion has been made aware of this issue.

Thank you for the information! You will need to contact ZBrush Support to report or troubleshoot any technical issues with the program. Technical Support for ZBrush requires the exchange of sensitive information and isn’t conducted over the public forums. Making reports any place else is likely to result in the information being missed.
