Space Station

Hi guys. First post on ZBC for me. I wanted to share a space station I’ve been working on to celebrate the 50 year moon landing anniversary! 99% in zBrush rendered in Keyshot (background in blender cycles). The panelling was using the noise-maker. This is high poly as I wanted to see how easily concepting could be done in zbrush. The answer is very easily! Keyshot amazes me how easily it can cope with high density geometry. Hope you like it. Any comments and feedback welcome. Thanks

Sounds and looks like you enjoyed making this image -and pay tribute to 50 years of space discovery and moon landing  looks great!:clap::clap: Welcome to ZBC.

I’m a hard SF junkie so I love your space station! I love how easy it is to just dump stuff into Keyshot and go too, though I find it is making me lazy  . I try to do some more traditionally mapped projects too to keep my skills from eroding completely.

Looking forward to seeing more!

Thanks @Jaime , it was huge fun. Maybe in another 50 years it’ll be reality. That’s my hope

@Spyndel yep, totally a SF junkie, too. I find keyshot materials so easy, but the node editor so hard. I need to invest time in it I guess
