@Bas Mazur - i think your right some wrinkels are to deep later he will get an beard an some hair both very disheveled and unkempt

the scrolls are very simple made in 3ds max, i made a box and role it together by hand , like a real scroll

I am not sure about the head. It looks like it was hurried. The rest however is close to perfect. The attention to detail is stunning. Lovely character concept.

how’d you do the twisted rope on the mage model? Nice details man. 
I like it. The stuff in his pack looks “placed” and too organized to seem natural. Maybe some tweeking there would put you over the top.
