I am not sure how to straighten out lines/Edgles like the ones of the eyes, the eye looks distorted. I’d be happy if someone would tell me what brushes to use and how. Thank you.
For best results, you might consider making the eyeballs a separate object from the head (as with the Demo Head tool). That way you can easily sculpt the eyelids without deforming the eye.
General tips:
Always work low res to high res. Don’t work with more polygons if you can work with fewer. Get the form right and smoothed out at lower subD levels, before doing detail work at higher to avoid that “deformed” look.
In your situation, you may find the Smooth, Nudge, inflat, form, magnify, and Pinch brushes helpful. Dont forget to paint masks over polygons you dont want deformed by your sculpting.
