This is a head of an old Man I did, primarily to showcase the tonal variances in a face.
Modelling was in Max:
Normal Map baking was in Maya:
Texturing was in Photoshop
Sculpting was done in Zbrush.

Great work! very detail textures, looks very realistic. Only one thing, i miss a SSS skin effect in the ear, but like you say is primarily to showcase the tonal variances in a face, and not a material test. And if you dont mind, a few questions:
What brush did you use for the pores?
Where did you retopolized the mesh?
Hey mate ! Cool stuff you got there
Nice texture skin Jacques ! I would love to see a flat colors of it.
Good job
Well well! If it isn’t Montreal game dev’s finest.
Thx for the crit Moga: How’s this (the SSS radius slightly tweaked the skin tone)
The pores I used just the smallest alpha dot that comes default in Zbrush, with a colourized spray.
(A nifty trick I learned from working with Mr.Sebcesoir back in the day).
I actually just modelled it in Max, and just fixed-up the topology with my exported SubD level 2. Nothing particularly fancy.
Guedin… I’ll post them in due time. I’m doing a bit of a writeup.
