!!!

really great sculpt of the bull…I must say the bull is of much higher quality than the bust…though, you did mention the bust was a while ago …anyway, keep it up! :+1:

Thx for the comments guys!

Here’s another one. it was from a modeling session on the silo forum a few months back. it’s still a work in progress but i thought i’d share it here aswell. concept is again from Glenn Southern. Tbh, i’m not sure if i’ll ever finish this one completely. i left it and pickeed it up a few times, but every time i don’t feel 100% happy with it. nonetheless, here goes nothing

Looks all good to me! maybe a little more detail on the lizard thing, also just a little quirk… Tits on a bull???lol… you should zombify the bull, that would be cool

You’ve done the concepts proud! The bull is excellent, and the frog creature maybe only needs a bit more work:
rocks are too evenly textured?
muscles & bones are a bit squashed round the legs, and the tail & arms feel just a little rigid… maybe sag the shoulders some more and do the opposite to the pelvis?
Jaw & under fin/ wattle are way too cleanly modelled? think skin!
OVERALL SKIN DETAILING!!! skin folds (look at where the head meets the back, etc) as well as alpha detailing?
only my opinion, mind, but it’d be a shame to stop now
(You’d never guess I used to be a lead artist… so sorry :o:))

All that said - Great stuff! :+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:

@Hexadecimator: lol, i think the original design was a cow on steroids
@RawSunlight: thx for the comments, after reading what you said, gave me the urge to realy finish this model as good as possible. the concept was cool, so the 3D version should be as close as possible. and you’re right, stopping now would be a shame. only have 1 question. when you said ‘muscles & bones are a bit squashed round the legs’… could you define that a bit more?
