But below the solders it is very flat and simple. Texture also not looking good.

you may want to consider beefing up it’s flight muscles in it’s wings and chest. A bird gets all it’s trust from the breast muscles (pectorals) and in the arm/wings and traps and lats too.
I guess because it would be quite heavier that a bird with feathers and hollow bones it would need quite a lot of strength to get off the ground.
your dragon is minted mate, and if your not from the UK that means really cool.
