Hello again, fellas.
I sculpted this Silver Surfer fan art. It was such a fun project to make. So many cool things about this character made me excited to take my thoughts to action. The perspective of diving into the deepest ends of the galaxy, see things that no other living thing has testified to is something that brings to me beautiful artistic poetry to mind and this character is in so many aspects, the embodiment of this. The idea always was to make something menacing and elegant at the same time.
Silver Surfer is a beloved character and after being exposed to the classic Bowen Designs: Silver Surfer, I feel happy to pay this homage to such an iconic character and statue.
