Select everything in folder and change subdiv level

I tried the pizza box it doesn’t work and I right clicked the gear on the folder and the select all is missing. I tried the ctrl shift no luck any ideas.

Zplugin:Subtool Master: Low Res Vis or High Res Vis to change all visible subtools to low or high res. Also check the Folder Only option to limit action to the selected folder, even if other subtools out of the folder are visible.
