Seasons Greetings Winter thread/challenge

We normally are posting winter pics and Christmas and New Years images by now…are we or do we want one this year? Thought I would take it upon myself to ask the question and maybe get some excitement stirred up with this…especially since we haven’t done a challenge thread in a good bit. What do you all think?

Season’s Greetings,
Ron

Edit…Hey yall I guess it’s a go then…post your wintery, holiday, christmas, new years happy pics here… It’s up to you as to what kind of interpretation of the theme you wish to direct your works. There are many holidays around the world, during this time of the year that would also be very way cool to be depicted here also. Anyways, enough of my waffling, and have fun…

I am for it!

I will give it a whirl, dont know if I can do anything other then heads LOL

Are you allowed to use variations of previous work,I have an unemployed deer laying around.
Also what time are we suppose to meet at
Aurick’s on Christmas, he sent me the invitation but no time?

Okay well…lets do it. Change the title Ron!
I am game! :+1: :+1: :+1:

…one light to lead the way.

12 Days of Christmas:
Day 1; “Shepherds and Wise Men must use the rear door”
Day 2: When in Bethlehem,visit Mike’s Stables.
Day 3: “In the stable? Even a small town like this has health codes.”
Day 4:“I can throw in some straw. But we’re talking stable here.Goats? Mules? There is even a few donkeys.Catch my drift?”
Day 5: “I’m going to have to see a marriage license,it’s a Roman Law”

Hi Ron, thanks for starting this thread. Awhile back I posted a pic called “Early Christmas”. Guess I was a tadd too early indeed. Anyhow if there are no objections I am reposting my pic here, since it fits in with the thread.

This is a rework of an image I did several years ago using ZBrush. That was (before Vue), this is a hybrid of both programs. Santa, the Eagle ray and the wet sand were done in ZBrush. the remainder was done in Vue.
Thanks for taking a look , and a very enjoyable and healthy season to you all.
Deevee,
Joe.

And DeeVee, I love that pic of Santa. Living in all this snow at Christmas, I totally forget that Santa also goes to the Warmer climes and they have Christmas Too!!!
Anyhow Santa’s transportation in you pic is certainly different!

Happy Holidays, Everyone!
