Hello I’m Pang, I’m from Bali and currently I’m a student in Florida. Here I would like to show some of my models I did in the past couple of months for school project. This is my first time uploading at ZBC. I’m hoping I’ll get many critiques for my future reference. I have so many flaws in my skill that once I graduate I would like to revisit some of the basic modeling and texturing skills.

the skin is still looks like plastic, I need to learn how to create hair and there just many stuff I need to learn in order to correctly render in Mental Ray. Although I’m quite happy with my progress, I’ve been wasting the last 12 months in my life just playing games but I finally realize how important is actually working and making it happen.:smiley:

well thats all I have for now, I need to go back to work on my “military guy”. I got a problem in creating my character boots, if anyone could tell me how I create the base mesh, that would be very much appreciated. Should I create it in different pieces and then sculpt the details or should I model all the details in Maya? If there any tips creating uniform and props please let me know… I’m not so good at making clothing and dresses… still learning

here is the boot base I created in Maya. should I start from this and sculpt the details such as wrinkles? or should I re do the base mesh?

Hi, I think your model is very good. I would like to buy an ,stl version that I can 3d print. Do you have a full body rendition?
