Scene length independent object rotation in 3ds max?

This might be the wrong place to to ask, but this is the only 3D-forum I’m currently a member of and I have noticed that there are lots of Max-users here.

How do I create continuous 360 rotation on an object independently of the scene framecount? Like having a windmill’s blades or the propellers of a plane rotate at a given speed, no matter how many frames there are otherwise in the scene, and make me able to adjust the scene’s length up or down without messing further with those rotating objects?

(Something similar to the 2D instance’ed animated symbols/graphics in Flash would have been great…)

Thanks.

Never mind. Figured it out.
