I’m experiencing an issue whit a two part model (figure and base). The two parts are same scale in ZBrush when I export them as stl files using the 3D Print Hub plugin. However, when I load the stl files into Chitubox, the figure is one size and the base is like 20 times bigger. I can’t just scale the base down in Chitubox, because the two parts are made to plug into each other exactly and I don’t want to eyeball it and then discover it doesn’t work after printing. I can merge the subtools and save that as a stl, but then I’m stuck printing at a greatly smaller size, which makes support clean up and painting a lot harder.
Am I doing something wrong? Is this an issue with ZBrush or Chitubox (or both)?
Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.
I guess the problem was exporting the subtools separately to stl’s. When I select all subtools under export options, the stl’s import at the same scale in Chitubox. Hope this helps anyone else that has this issue.
