Well… I think this would be usefull for me but i dont know how to start… it would be great to have a plugin that could store many diferent selections and “transpose lines” positions in a separated file…
when you save a model as a ztool zbrush stores the masking and that transpose line…
Posing a character would be even faster if you could just save and load different selections corresponding with diferent bones with a simple click
you could have a quick selection for each finger, the hand, the forearm, the whole arm ect… and the transpose line-bones would be placed in the right place…
you can’t save transpose lines positions
but you can save a selection.
1-set auv if you don’t have uvs already
2-paint black the desired selection
3-and do a color to tex
now each time you want your selection
1-load the texture (ex:forearm1 texture)
2-and press mask by intensity.
3-Invert mask
I was just going to ask for this as well. Is this technically not possible?
There’s no scripting way to save transpose lines at present. What you can do is to use Transpose Master to create poses which are saved as low res OBJs (or simply export low res OBJs if you don’t have subtools). You could then import part of a pose by masking the model as necessary before importing the OBJ or transferring in the pose using TM.
