Be sure to familiarize yourself with the different file types Zbrush saves, and the different information that gets saved with each.
Otherwise, to troubleshoot a potential bug, you need to provide far more information. Zbrush version, OS, detailed description of whatever situation is making you think you can’t save, and steps to reproduce. We’re not mind-readers 
better a report option will be added whos send a report file to zbush like apple

sure zbrush is the best aveileble moddeling tool but it could be made much better by the way got the only working modeling tool shoulndt be the reason to make it better
This is a community forum, not Pixologic Support. When you post a question here, you are asking other zbrush users like yourself. Your results when doing this will vary greatly with how well you are able to describe your problem. I currently have zero idea what the situation is with your issue, and we are three posts into this thread.
Do you have a question? Is there an ongoing issue here that hasn’t been solved by reading the documentation on how to save files in Zbrush?
ist a coding error in the trial version i update to 2020 and not i can save with-it a problem
but ist nerd stoll to be fixed for other users
The trial version is currently zb2018 as far as I’m aware. I don’t believe this can be directly upgraded without purchasing a license, but I’m not certain how that works. If you have attempted to upgrade the trial version, there could be problems with your installation.
Also, given this information, I should point out that Zbrush is generally not backward compatible–meaning if you created something in Zbrush 2020, you wont be able to open the zbrush files it creates in an earlier version of the program (like the demo).
If you feel you have a bug that isn’t explained in the documentation of basic Zbrush concepts, that needs to be reported to Pixologic Support.
