Hi Z-heads,

I like the perspective object for this, the material i think depends it what project you want to use, this actually look very good for me, also you have here other zbrusher that have maked other material, rusted similar that 3DMax have.I know that jantim has make lot of materials and also Jason Belec (not all sure).
But again that depend for your need, probably a little bit dirty could be nice to.
The more important is actually i like a lot¡
Congratulations

It all depends on what sort of metal you want your rust…the blades on your picture look as a sort of stone to me…metal is dark and has sometimes very high specularity …in the materal challenge Bas Mazur made some nice rust materials …my advise would be download a nice rustmateral you like best and start changing value’s…see what happens, and try to improve on one of them…i learned a lot by doing that with materials from the material-pack…just give one of the “sliders” a big twirl , don’t be afraid to change colors to an exstreme…you learn faster if you see how all these channels work together !

Hi Andreseloy,
The object is simply a tube that was tapered at one end (the far end), which, when oriented this way creates the illusion of perspective.
