This piece marks a turning point in my journey as a 3D artist.
It was created as part of one of the most rewarding courses I’ve taken to date: Character Art School, under the guidance of Juan Puerta. Over the past few months, I’ve built a solid professional workflow, overcome technical and artistic limitations, and most importantly, learned to enjoy the process—even when it’s tough.
For this project, I chose the concept of a dark warrior and pushed it further than I ever thought I could.
It was challenging. But every step was worth it. With Juan’s direction, even the hardest parts became more approachable and meaningful.
