Rotation deformation

I was trying the environments tutorial with Seth Thomoson but after making the 1st panel for the lantern with the details sculpted on to it I have a problem when I Rotate the panel with either rotate in the deformation panel or use the transpose rotate. The panel rotates fine and doesn’t deform or anything like that but there are deformed polygons that drag from the point of rotation. does anyone have any idea what is happening?

P.s. I made a quick zbrush recording but it comes up with invalid file when trying to upload it (zmv and exported mpgfile

Are the deformed polys a different polygroup? If so, you can hide and then delete them.

I think that worked, thanks a lot. IM going to back and start the tutorial from the start I went most of the way with the tutorial, was mostly about learning more about zbrush though. The model went a tad weird after dynameshing the 6 panels together. I would love to know why the polygons dragged like that. Bit of a weird 1
