rigging in transpose master z4.2

Ok I have a character model and i am using transpose master to pose it.

i enter tranpose master select zsphere rig then tpose. The ghosted image appears and i start to create my rig.

When complete i bind the mesh. Then here is where it gets screwy. when i go to rotate or move any of the zsphere rigs the ghosted image disappears and I am left with only the zsphere rig. any changes that i do to that rig do not effect the binded mesh.

When I turn off bind mesh the ghosted image returns and the rigging goes back to its original pose…

What is going on?!

oh sorry, of course.

Which part exactly? The part with the ghosted model?, the part w.o. the ghosted model and the zsphere rig?

I am running a pc with a 64bit win 7

2.2 ghz proc

8gb memory
