Reverting to older version after updating

Hi,
I´d like to ask if there´s a chance to revert to older version of Zbrush after activating the newest one.
In my case, I was using 4.0 and it worked great for me. When 4R2 was released I installed it and I had some issues with that (mostly the fact that I lost pen pressure/sensitivity after a few minutes of working). So I stayed with 4.0 and haven´t updated ever since (I had everything I needed in 4.0). But now I got a file from a client that was started in 4R4 and I need to open it. From the install instructions I know that 4R4 requires me to de-activate my 4.0 (and 4R2 as well, I assume). Is there a chance to de-activate 4R4 and re-activate 4.0 in case I´d find out that there´s some bugs in 4R4?

Normally, I´d have time to deal with any bugs (tech. support, etc.), but I also have a few other projects running in 4.0 and I don´t want to end up with unstable/unreliable 4R4 and unable to continue on the other projects, so it´s kinda important for me to be able to solve everything quickly by reverting to 4.0 if anything was wrong with 4R4. Would it be possible?

I´m not complaining about Zbrush as it may seem, I´m just being careful. Otherwise you guys are doing a great job taking care of your customers. Thank you.

4, 4R2 and 4R4 calculate your machine ID differently. As a result, each version takes up a separate activation on your serial number. That’s why we recommend deactivating the old one before installing the new one.

However, web deactivation does not uninstall ZBrush. That version is still there unless you specifically uninstall it. So you can switch between versions.
