retopology problem, frame mesh tube is cant be re-topology ?

Hi, I’m trying the fix that problem, i tried 3d coat, topogun and zsphere but it is doesnt work! how I can handle it.

when I used projection everything get mess up, also i changed and try some different value in project range.

also if you think i need more detailed re-topology, I cant because i have about 100 parts like that.

please help me. Thanks.

Have you tried to see what ZRemesher can do with it?

The ZSphere retopo function doesn’t do well with super low poly 4 sided box like structures. It gets confused easily as to which way the normals should face. Try adding another line down the middle of the structure on both sides, so it has loops of 6 polys rather than 4.

You can always delete that loop after the skin generation with ZModeler, if you are trying to be economical.

I think i need more effort and detail for re-topology, there is a no easy solution. well maybe i can send each part separately to 3d coat then try auto re-topology .
