Hey,
I want to sculpt a head, but it is in a rotated position so I need poseable symmetry.
Now I need to dynamesh it because I stretched it.
After dynameshing though, the poseable symmetry isn’t possible anymore.
Any solutions?

You’re not going to be able to restore it. Poseable symmetry relies on symmetrical topology. DynaMesh will destroy that. Basically if you want to use poseable symmetry you can’t change the topology later unless you maintain the symmetry. The only way of doing that is to change it by hand, perhaps with ZModeler but it would still be risky with a posed mesh.
