No problem obtaining / copying activation code via ‘web activation’ function, but once I paste the code into ZBrush, nothing happens, nor am I given any options. It just ‘sits there’.
I may be missing something painfully obvious. If that’s the case, please put me out of my misery by pointing me in the right direction.

After pasting in the activation code, press Enter/Return. 
same problem here, app becomes unresponsive after copy+pasting code, no love from enter/return. please help!
Try running the vcredist installer found in your ZBrush 4\TroubleshootHelp folder.
If that still doesn’t resolve it my recommendation would be to uninstall ZBrush, delete its folder, then download the installer again and reinstall. (Your download link is in the same email as your serial number. It is NOT your upgrade link, which will no longer work.)
@ Aurick: Thanks. :lol: I didn’t mean THAT painfully obvious… Seriously, though, thank you for the detailed follow-up. Looks like good advice. Fortunately it wasn’t necessary to go through that process. It just required some patience on my part.
@mleonard: Sorry this happened to you too! I tried many times over the course of an hour, walked away in frustration after posting my issue here, came back an hour later, tried again, and ‘magically’ this time it responded when I hit Enter.
