This is my first post at this section so I hope I’m doing it on the right Place 
I was trying to made some test with Qremesh but is not possible to complete the action, is there any solution to avoid reinstal the program?

Go to your ZBrush 4R4/Troubleshoot Help folder and run both vcredist installers found there. That should resolve this.
If the error persists, the next step is to go to the Windows Control Panel and uninstall all copies of Microsoft C++ that you find there. Then come back to the Troubleshoot Help folder and run those installers again.
