Hello, i donwload the installer already, and when i run it, and it says, “preparing to install”, an error window pops saying the following: Error 1628, failed to complete instalation. what do i do? whats the problem? Help please.

Have you tried downloading again?
What are your system specs? Which operating system are you running?
My system aspecs are, Windows Vista home premiun 64 bit
8 Gb ram
2.40 ghz
I havent tried downloading again, im going to try, if it works ill post it up, if it doest, ill post it up too so maybe try something else.

Edit: i already Re Download the installer, same outcome, what do i do next? O:
Try the following one at a time. Try installing after each.

Disable your firewall and antivirus protection. Some of these apps can prevent installers from working right.

Download the most current version of Windows Installer.

Make sure you’re logged into the computer as an administrator.

Make sure your system is free of viruses.
-
Try running the installer as an administrator. (Right click on it and choose Run as Administrator.)
Hope one of those does the trick!
