I’ve desactivated once my zbrush 4 on my machine because of a bug (it was asking me a registration code again). Now I’m trying to activate it again but it dosen’t want to send me an activation code. I enter my email, my serial and press the start activation button. On the next page it’s written that this page is only for thoses who wants to activate Zbrush and nothing happens;

Have you set ZBrush to run in compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows? That will give this error. The only thing that should be active on the Compatibility tab of the preferences is the Run as Administrator option.
Another possibility is that you might by mistakenly using your old serial number rather than the ZBrush 4 serial. Or if you have licenses for both platforms you might be using the serial for the wrong platform.

I’ve effectively turn the compatibilty on. When i’ve tried to make the registration I’ve noticed that the reference number wasn’t a Windows reference. I’ve uninstalled Zbrush and install it once again. Then I’ve launched the registration and the ref was ok. I’ve finished the registration with succes.
