yer getting there. that is the thing off of the RE animated movie, right? Do you plan on colorin him? Keep up the good work.

Its similar to the creature in the movie but its William Birkin from Resident evil 2 the game. I have added the shorts and scientist coat also I started detailing the eye on his arm. Hopefully it will be finished soon

Looks pretty awesome. The anatomy is well done. 
Cheers for the comments. I have been trying to work on the anatomy the most also to see how the anatomy would change into this creature. Here is a new screenshot, i have added more detail to the face and worked on the legs more and just more detail overall.
