Have you checked your spam filter? Are you sure youre looking in the correct email account–the one associated with your license?
Aside from that, make sure to give it a few hours to show up. There could be a server issue during this high demand period causing delays.
The worst case scenario is an issue with your email provider. Some companies aggressively filter for spam at the server level, and can block some kinds of automated mailings before they even show up in your spam folder. In this event I would advise using a different email. You may need to contact support for them to help you reset your account in order to access it to change your email address.
