Ok. That was a bit sick what I wrote yesterday.
It is much simpler, but still something to make it easier for creating quick booleans:
- Drawing a ALT+CurveTriFill generates a mesh which is Brush size deep on Z.
The script should extrude and move the object on z untill it fits (if this is possible with zBrush?)
Now with Ctrl+Stroke one can execute the boolean.
The idea is to have a one click boolean like clip or trim curve without restrictions on curve complexity very quickly while you are working without placing insert meshes etc… Also it is quickly deformed just by editing the curve.
What do you think??
Moving and extruding the CurveTriFill mesh is too slow for very fast cutting imho.
