Rendering out a Skull, need help with repetition of bump in material

Hey everyone!

So I’m still a newbie on Zbrush, and i just sculpted a skull and i’m now tryin’ out the rendering.
I used a matcap called Al_rough_Bone provided in the Zbrush download center.

After using the matcap and making some tweaks I noticed that on the forehead of the skull there is a repetion of some cavities of the matcap.

Do you know where in the Material tab I can randomize the Bump of the material?
I tried to tweak the noise but no results has I expected.

By the way, any ideas to make the render more appealing? Lights and such?
