Rendering Higher resolution (alpha) depth map?

Hi, is there any other setting for exporting a higher resolution (alpha) depth map when saving, beside using the basic the create alpha from map?

You can also use “From mesh” in the Alpha palette which will allow you to make a 2048 x 2048 (max) alpha then export it from Alpha palette.

Thank you, is there a way to save the alpha with transparent background instead of black?

Not that I’m aware of, but would be easy enough to do in whichever image editor you use.
