I accidently deleted the default hotkey for ‘Snapshot to canvas’ (I assigned Shift+S to ‘Solo’ instead).
Where do I find ‘Snapshot to canvas’ in the menus so I can assign a different hotkey for this?

It’s the camera icon at the top of the Transform menu. Just under Move, Scale and Rotate.
