ZBrush does not support reflections directly, you would need to do that sort of thing either by pulling off a rather annoying trick (more on that in a moment) or doing your rendering in something else.
The annoying trick is this:
From there you would use Transparency in the Display Properties under BPR Settings.
So for example if you have a person standing on your reflective floor, you would duplicate the person, mirror them and adjust placement till their feet touch in the way that they would if the second copy were a reflection. The floor would be dead center between the surfaces of both sets of feet.
Then you would set up transparency on your floor, and perhaps the mirrored copy.
Does that make any sense?

Reflections are hard to do in ZBrush.
