Recommendations for computer parts for 3d modeling and rendering

Hi,

My name is Edania. I just wanted to ask if maybe for some help on picking computer parts. I want to get into trying to make a custom computer for 3D modeling and animation. I want to building something that can deal with Zbrush and Maya pretty well.
I don’t know where to start or what to look for parts. Maybe any Recommendations?

My Budget is $2000-3000…maybe around $2000 range if possible.
