Finally got some time to work on this. I didn’t get to spend as much time as I wanted. As always, helpful critiques are welcome. Thanks for looking!

great work!
(which material did you use?)
i must say that i prefer viewing classic models and scenes, then all those (too many) horrible monsters…
forgive my poor english:rolleyes:
Hi Darrickpister!
You have modeled a really beautiful classical sculpture. The material is also very good, and yes, I also prefer to see such beautiful things better than the usual monsters.
I wonder if you can show a wireframe… thanks,
Angelo
Sculpture here, well well done.
Waiting for a better render, a decent one.
masterful work man, this will be top row in no time.
absolutely beautiful, I can’t believe my eyes.
Absolutely beautiful!
Beautiful
Thank you all for your comments!
artstudio3: I created a material trying to emulate drawing like feel. It is not what I eventually hoped it would be but I am happy what it ended up to be.
angelo: I enjoy the classical sculptures as well. I have often wondered how elaborate the creatures in classical sculpture would be if they didn’t have the limitations of stone. But I would recommend anyone to do a classical sculpture because it is a great way to learn form and fluidity. I will see what I can do about the wires.
Got to get back to work, thanks again everyone for the comments, I do appreciate your time.
I really dig it!! \m/ I really like how your MC turned out
Hooray for fine art
loki3 and ehren thanks for the reply. I appreciate your time commenting on my work!
Hello all!
Just wanted to share a sketch I did earlier this week. I had fun with it and I hope you all enjoy it.
Thanks for stopping by,
Darrick

GX@W: Thanks! I like the hand pose as well!
guti: Thanks for the comment, also thanks for checking out my previous model on the first page. I had a lot of fun with her.
The first image looks cool
vikramvr: Thank you for the comments of my previous model. She was a statue my father-in-law saw on his trip to Californina a couple years back.
In motion_001 it was just a sketch that I did in 2 hours from zspheres. Modeled and posed in zbrush. It was a nice form but I had a lot of fun with her, so I thought about sharing her with the community.
