I’m in the process of developing a multi-platform game, and will require an artist within the next few months to create the character assests.
The game offers body customization, and so the model will have to be sculpted in a specific way. For example, all models use the same UV layout, pores bump map, muscle definition normal map, specular, subdermal, etc. This should save a lot of labor.
We will need a few photorealism models: Male & Female (ages 0, 5, 10, 15, adult, then elderly), underweight, overweight, slim, and toned. As well as an alternate head for each ethnicity. Reference images will be given for each sculpt. With these extremes, we can build controls to tween them.
A timeline has not been set in stone yet, but the project won’t start till the new year at best.
