I really like this, it’s very original & well produced…
I like the model very much… but i think the texture on the face, particularly the eyes could use some work… the eyes look too human… if that’s what your going for that’s cool… but it’s sorta got that “shaggy dog” quality… where the dog looks fake because they gave it tim allens eyes in the closeups…

Brojay Hi. Yes I agree with you, but my idea was make just a sketch. I’ll re-make all these textures and fix some erros on the model. Thx for your comment
Well, I used an fast process to modeling using the orginal model made with zspheres.I don’t kown if someone have made something like it, if had i’m sorry
First I exported a normal map and and made a map with 1000px just to put on the model to use like reference.
In the next step I rebulding the loops on maya over the reference model then I’ve made a neuw topology to it.
Bellow I’m posting the shots to understand better because my english is terrible, sorry

Nice Job!
I like the way you rebuilt the mesh in Maya especially the tentacles
But what i don’t understand is why have you done so, if you already have the Normal/Disp maps? Was it necessary to rebuild the mesh…?
I can’t wait to see more of the sea creature
