QuickSave not working and not showing up in LightBox

Hi Folks,

I’ve been using 4R7 for the last month and everything has been working fine. But today QuickSave appears to have stopped working. When I hit the Quicksave Hotkey (‘9’) it says ‘QuickSave Completed Successfully’, however nothing shows up in the QuickSave Tab in LightBox. I’ve tried searching my computer for the files thinking maybe they were being saved in another location, but I can’t find them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Check your preferences under QuickSave, it’s vaguely possible that its set to something silly like 0…
After that the only thing I can think of is a permission problem with the directory where they end up.
