QuickSave not saving

So when I hit 9 to quick save it goes through the save process then I get a msg saying “file note size” (file saved to disk successfully, file exceeds 4gb and its recommended you reduce file size ect… ect…) thats never been a problem before.

So when I go to load my last quick save it does not exist?? Ive restarted zbrush but still dont see any of my last few quicksaves… just ones from yesterday.

any advice?

I’d say 4Gb file size is asking for trouble, deleting unnecessary tools and history to lower to half of that would be a good start…I’ve never saved one nearing 2Gb… My two cents.

Also if you’re working with huge files make sure you’re using the 64-bit version of ZBrush. The 32-bit version is capped by your OS at using 4 GB of your system’s RAM.
