Quick Noob question about resolution

I am following the beginners sculpting technique video and have created a dynamesh sphere 128. But it is WAY more pixelated and blocky than the one on the tutorial and is really tough to sculpt any detail in. I am trying to sculpt in creases and eyelids and it is just beginning to break my polygons and smoothing clears everything out.

Is the a setting I can adjust to create more detail? Or am I doing something wrong? Does dynamesh have an option to subdivide? Thanks.

just increase your resolution

tool>geometry>dynamesh

Dynamesh also depends on the scale of the model. So if you’re not getting the polygon density you need out of dynamesh even if the resolution slider is cranked up high, then the scale of the model is to blame.
