Has anyone had the same problem with Zbrush 2019 when using the new Zremesher? I already reinstalled and it did not solve.

In the main ZBrush 2019 installation folder there’s a Troubleshoot Help folder. In that folder you will find various Microsoft redistributables. Try running the vcredist_2017_x64.exe. If that doesn’t fix it then I think vcredist_2013_x64.exe should do it.
