Question: Modifying displacement map and export

Hello,

I’m not familiar with ZBrush so I need everyone’s help! :slight_smile:
I’m trying to import a displacement map which is created from other tool and load this map in ZBrush.
Then modify the map in ZBrush and export it.
In this case what I have noticed is that this procedure changes the geometry as well. But what I want to do is changing only the displacement map(on the high-poly), not the low-poly geometry.
Do you think there is any way to solve this? Or changing the geometry is inevitable?
