I am following Isaac Oster’s face mask tutorial on Pluralsite and I’m a bit hung up on how he is previewing a polymesh from his hand-drawn topology. When I preview it, I am only seeing a Dynamesh version and not a polymesh. I also can not convert mine into a poly mesh from the tools panel. Although I do see a poly mesh preview when “edit topology is NOT active”
I’m sorry if this doesn’t make sense, I don’t really see this modeling approach being shown by anyone else.
