How do you get the current zbrush project file name? As shown the titlebar (after the hardware ID) + .ZPR

AFAIK, you can’t. You can get name of loaded file(last used) or last typed.
Doug is right, there’s no way to get the current project name unless you manage to grab it using [FileNameGetLastUsed] or similar.

You can submit a support ticket as a “Feature Request”. That’s probably the best way.
