AFAIK, you can’t. You can get name of loaded file(last used) or last typed.
Doug is right, there’s no way to get the current project name unless you manage to grab it using [FileNameGetLastUsed] or similar.

Would it worth adding as a suggestion to future versions of ZBrush? If so, where can I make that suggestion?
You can submit a support ticket as a “Feature Request”. That’s probably the best way.
