Question: Does IKeyPress support the Windows Key as modifier?

Does IKeyPress support the Windows Key as modifier? If not, how else can Zbrush call a keypress which includes Windows key?

Thanks a bunch in advance!

Hi,

Apologies for not replying sooner.

I should think that the Windows key is reserved for use by the operating system but you can try it in IKeyPress and see what happens - you can get the key code by pressing the key and examining the Preferences>Utilities>View Keyboard Status slider. On my keyboard, I get ‘91’, so you could try:

[IKeyPress,91,…]

Didn’t work, but thank you SO much for the reply and pointer, appreciate your time! Ended up thinking outside the box and solving this in another way, so all good!

Thank you so much for taking the time to look into this and write back! Much appreciated! I ended up using a macro on cintiq buttons to incorporate the key, but direct incorporation would be much cleaner, so appreciate it!
Have built my own ‘GoZ’ style button that auto swaps Zbrush/Maya windows and auto updates mesh.
