Question about workflow for a project

Greetings,

I am trying to create a dungeon. The level walls, floors etc. are supposed to be tileable.

I have started with creating a plane in 3dsmax, imported it into zbrush and after sculpting a few stones (and combined them to an insertmesh brush) have placed those on said wall.

Now i have finished the zbrush wall piece and have baked it on my 3dsmax lowpoly plane. But it is very flat, even with normal map.

What should i do? and which programs should i use to make my wall:

Look like something from vermintide for example:
