Question about making Mesh ready and Skulpt Normal

I have bought two Masterclasses.

I am not sure how the Technique is called if i Import a Standard Human Char and prepare him for sculpting the Normal and Displacement.

Do i have to export the New made Mesh and Work on it in Substance Painter and later in Cinema 4d with the Heightened Polycount, or may i just export the Displacement Map and use it in Painter or Cinema ?

If i have a med Poly Mesh with 2k Polys and import the created Normal and Diplacement Maps into Cinema 4d, do i have to set the Used Mesh as well into a higher Poly Mesh or do the Maps the Job ?

I use the actual Version of ZBrush. At the moment i am still Learning the IU and the StandardBrush Option. I got no Ideas where to jump if i want to see a Med Poly Mesh imported into Cinema and use the two Maps as a Modifikation.

I bought two Masterclasses and both are a little different.

I need to know how the Section is Called if i use the Original Mesh in Cinema and use the exported Maps first in painter or right away in Cinema 4d.
