question about Clip Brush

hi all

kindly i have a problem when i use (( clip Brushes all kinds of this Brush)) in zbrush on the sphere shape or any shape when i press [ shift+Ctrl ] and druge the mouse over the area i want cutting it happen Show extra Poly at the edges ???
the photo explain the problem plz help me :( what is the solving for this problem ??? thanks for your time

This is how the clip brushes work, use trim instead…
